- Packages are generally delivered anytime Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences, and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day
The Handling Fee includes wrapping, Packing and Fulfill your order under $300. Handling fees will be waived if order is above $300
First thing’s first, call your representative! We will work with you to locate your order in any way we can. However, please keep in mind that for some carriers, it is easier to track lost packages through the receiver rather than the sender.
In this instance, please contact the shipping carrier to file a lost package claim. As the sender of the package, there is nothing we can do when the tracking shows a delivery.
This depends on the carrier, shipping method, and reason for delay. Most carriers will not reimburse shipping costs when there is a delay due to weather. Give your representative a call to determine a solution for your specific situation.
Due to federal regulations, All batteries are shipped via Ground to avoid costly penalties and potentially dangerous transit.
Depends. Ground will only deliver to residential addresses on Saturdays. If you want to receive a Saturday Ground shipment, you MUST alert your representative of the order number so that we can create the proper label. NeedMoreParts is NOT responsible for reimbursing your shipping costs if you do not follow this procedure.
