We only Exchange product and offer a refund based on today’s selling price on the website. This is because some items could have been purchased 4 months ago and much higher and now the price has reduced or vice versa.
Please be advised that the merchandise does not include any physical or internal damage (ie LCD Damage, Ripped Flex, Broken screen). Whether the part was 2 o 3 months old or may have had tiny scratches on the Glass Components, our responsibilities relies on giving you a product which meets your expectations and will be accepted with no questions asked.
All International Customers are responsible for the freight in both directions in the event you need to return or exchange a part. we will gladly replace or exchange defective parts but will not be liable for shipping costs, custom duties or import taxes. We can add your return to your next order if you want to save on shipping.
When a product is non-defective but you would like to return it anyway, a restocking fee may be applied. Additionally, the product is refunded based on the current market rate. Every part returned to NMP is tested by our RMA department for technician or incidental damage, regardless of the reason for the RMA. We do this to ensure quality of future part orders, and guarantee any products returned to stock are of the highest quality.

The restocking fee on non-defective parts ranges from 20% to 35%, and is non-refundable depending on the product and the time of the return. Please note that this only applies to non-defective products.
